Schedule a Discovery Call…
Call our client relations team and ask to set up a "Discovery Call." Talk with a team member to explain your situation, your goals and ask questions. See if we are the right fit for your performance or rehab needs! If we are, we will help you set up an evaluation.

Schedule an Evaluation…
During your evaluation, you will meet with one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy to be evaluated and talk through your pain/injury or meet with one of our Strength Coaches for an assessment and full workout. Then discuss with your therapist or coach on how we will accomplish your goals together

The Platform Model

The Recover stage involves movement assessments, identification of the aggravating movements, and hands-on care for people who are in the beginning stages of recovery. The goal of this stage is to: identify the root movement cause and get rid of the pain.

The Progress stage involves strengthening exercises for people in the middle stages of recovery. The goal of this stage is to: load your musculoskeletal system, to create new movement patterns and increase your foundational strength capacity.

The Perform stage involves sports-related drills for athletes at their end stages of recovery and are looking to return to a high level of sport performance. The goal of this stage is to: continuously challenge your strength, fitness, and health to become even stronger than you were before injury.
