Sports Physical Therapy
Are you an injured athlete looking to get back to 100%? We are the providers for you! Come in and be treated like the athlete you are, as we help you recover from your injury/surgery, get stronger and return to your sport.
On Your First Appointment:
On your first visit, we will complete an evaluation and discuss our plan on how to help you recover. During that same appointment, we will complete manual therapy, mobility exercises, strength exercises and offer pain management techniques.
On Your Follow Up Appointments:
Follow up visits will include everything except the evaluation and we will discuss a return to sport plan as needed. Following through your plan of care will be a must to help you get to your goals. This is where the real work begins.

Strength and Mobility
Our programs focus on regaining strength and improving mobility for optimal performance in sports and daily activities, ensuring long-term health and wellness for all participants.
Pain Management
We provide tailored rehabilitation strategies to help individuals overcome pain, enabling them to return to their competitive sports and maintain an active lifestyle for years to come.
Manual Therapy
Each physical therapist will assess your injury and is able to offer dry needling, cupping, scrapping or massage based on what you need to heal from your injury.
Return To Sport Planning
As you progress through your physical therapy sessions, our therapists will assist you with a return to sports plan. We will provide your coaches with our recommendations to help you have a seamless return to practice and competition/games. We find that when we work together (the athlete + the parent + the coach + the therapist), our athletes come back stronger.
Evaluation
The Evaluation is the opportunity for you and your provider to sit down together and uncover the real reason for your aches, pains, and create a plan specific to what will help you best get back to your sport.

Semi-Private Training
Are you a person who enjoys working out with a friend or spouse? We completely understand. This option allows you to train with a buddy, while still getting high quality coaching. Each session is one hour, jam-packed full of working towards your goals.
Personal Training
Each session is one hour and is dedicated completely to you. We focus on gaining strength and improving mobility for optimal performance with daily activities, ensuring long-term health and wellness. We want you to feel your best, reach new goals and age strong.

Youth Personal Training
Interested in working with a strength coach to help you reach your performance goals? Each session is created just for you. Work on mobility, speed, plyometrics, strength and anything else you need to help you perform at your best.


Youth Semi Private Personal Training
Do you prefer working out with a friend? We get it... Some of our team prefers that too. Schedule a session with a friend and reach your goals together!

Youth Strength Training Group Classes
Each week, we offer drop in group classes to for youth athletes. This allows our athletes to get additional strength training in during the week in a group setting. Call our front office for our group class offerings.
Team Group Classes
Do you have a high school or competitive sports team that wants to workout together? We would love to set up a dedicated hour during our week for your team to come in and train together. Call our office to get more information about scheduling team strength training .
Acro Private Lessons
We call it "Acro" however this can mean many things... Dancers, Gymnasts and Cheerleaders are consistently looking to get help with their tumbling and acrobatic skills.
Our experts are here to help you master new skills and help you make improvements in your tricks outside of your normal practice schedule.
Looking to get an aerial? No problem! A back handspring or back tuck? We can help! Need a 540 or Front Aerial? Not an issue. We work with athletes from beginning to advanced. Check out what kind of sessions we offer below.


Acro Lesson - 30 Minutes
This appointment is 30 minutes. You will spend 30 minutes working with one of our acro coaches to help you get new skills or perfect what you are currently working on. We highly recommend the additional strength session, however if you are short on time, this is a great option.
Shared Acro Lesson - 1 Hour
Interested in doing acro with a friend or even a few? This session is for you! We offer a one hour session where you and your friends will meet with an acro coach to work on new skills or perfect your current skills. This session reduces the cost per athlete and allows you to make progress with your friends!
Acro Lesson and Strength Session - 1 Hour
This appointment is 60 minutes. You will spend 30 minutes working with one of our acro coaches to help you get new skills or perfect what you are currently working on. Then, spend the next 30 minutes completing strength training to help you work on getting those new skills. We find that when our athletes add in strength training, they get new skills much faster!
