Coach Renée Ruchala, CPT, CSCS
Renée Ruchala is our Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Renée earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Grand Canyon University in 2023. She was a sports performance intern at the University of Utah, Arizona State University, and Grand Canyon University. She worked alongside collegiate strength and conditioning coaches with both men’s and women’s Olympic sports teams in the weight room. In addition to sports performance, Renée is also a professional dancer with the Arizona Rattlers Indoor Football Team.
Renée is passionate about helping any athlete, but especially dancers, gymnasts and cheerleaders, reach their true potential in their sport by gaining strength, power and flexibility. She has seen that most athletes don't lift weights until they reach college level, which is a huge limitation. Renée has found that with proper training, athletes of any age who strength train will out perform their peers. If you're interested in having your athlete work with Renée, please reach out as she is always happy to answer any questions you may have and set up a time to discuss your athlete's goals.
